FLOURISH awarded with Mark of Excellence

The project "Facilitating Organisational Innovation - FLOURISH" (ref. No 2018-1-BG01-KA202-048014) has been awarded with Mark of Excellence during the Annual Valorization Conference of the Bulgarian National Agency: „20 years Human Resources Development Center – „Erasmus+ – Changing lives, Opening minds“. Projects receiving this prestigious award have distinguished themselves by their impact, contribution to policy-making, innovative results or creative approach and can serve as a source of inspiration for others. FLOURISH is coordinated by European Center for Quality Ltd and unites a team of international partners - APGICO and AidLearn from Portugal, SAN from Poland, Kaunas STP from Lithuania, CSMKIK from Hungary. The general aim of FLOURISH project is to support the uptake of organisational innovation by SMEs across Europe through the development, piloting and implementation of a holistic innovation coaching methodology using a multilevel approach - individual, group and organizational. The project stipulates the elaboration of four major intellectual outputs: Organisational Innovation Coach for SME - Professional Profile, Curriculum, Course and Manual for learners, Educational Video and Guide for VET providers. The conference „20 years Human Resources Development Center – „Erasmus+ – Changing lives, Opening minds“ was a large-scale event gathering hundreds of participants at the Inter Expo Center Sofia. The conference coincided with the 20th anniversary since the establishment of the Human Resources Development Center and therefore involved many special guests.  The event was opened by Ms Mariya Gabriel the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth. Special speeches were held also by Mr Krasimir Valchev - Minister of Education and Science and Mr Krasen Kralev - Minister of Youth and Sport. The afternoon session contained a discussion panel related to the future of the Erasmus+ Programme after 2020 with the participation of: Mr Petyo Kanev - Executive Director of the Human Resources Development Center, Ms Yanka Takeva - President of the Union of Bulgarian Teachers and winner of the "Ambassador of Lifelong Learning" award from the National Lifelong Learning Days, Ruse 2017; Ms Valentina Deykova - Head of the National Support Unit for EPALE; Mrs Emiliyana Dimitrova - Chairman of the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training at the Council of Ministers and others.
